Your rate is based on one number: your monthly insurance collections. Smaller practices pay a flat fee. Larger practices pay a percentage — and that percentage goes down as you grow, so success is never penalized.
Your rate drops as you grow — it never climbs. A practice collecting $99,000 pays our $3,200 flat fee, about 3.2%. Cross $100,000 and you move to 2.9%, which is $2,900 — so growing past the threshold lowers your bill instead of raising it. Above $150,000 the rate drops again to 2.5%. Billing companies commonly charge 3.25%–3.5% across these same ranges.

Every rate is published on our pricing page. Marketing and IT support are flat monthly retainers. No long-term lock-ins, no surprise fees, and you get an exact number in writing after the free assessment.
We connect through our own secure remote-access tool to one workstation you designate — no new servers, software licenses or network changes required, and we set it up at no extra charge. Every session is encrypted and logged. Once you provide access, most practices are live within two business days.
